I just feel if United were going to do the business needed, it would have been put in place at some point since January and actioned at some point between the season ending and heading off on tour.

We are getting towards signings made now being panic signings after failing to get the targets we wanted.

We take about a week or so after a deal is first "leaked/revealed" from a good source (Stone/Norwood) before we actually finish the deal out. And currently its all quiet

I agree with TSC I dont think there is any signing made so far this summer where I was disappointed United didnt get him.

I'm hoping there is big moves made in the next 3 weeks ,if there isnt United's campaign is a non starter.Be fighting for top 4 and nothing else.

What in the hell have you seen in the last two years that indicates Jose will get the best out of bailly or martial? Or that the defence of Valencia, Young, Smalling and Jones can lead us to a title?

I mean sure, a defence of valencia, young, smalling and Jones wasn't good enough under Moyes, LVG or Jose, but a 5th season of trying it might just work! Wohoo!

Its not as easy as it seems.

Jorginho was all set to go to city, ended up at chelsea.

We signed lukaku when it looked like we were after Morata.

3 weeks to go. Loads of time to get things done

Im trying to balance it out. We start level with all teams now. When i said we were miles behind city last year i was accused of being a city supporter.

Sure, 3 weeks is loads of time when 6 months of prep time hasn't yielded the results needed.

2.manager confirming his has no clue at all if there will be any signings.

But sure, that could clearly indicate we're on the cusp of getting in 3 top quality players.

How many of our signings over the past three years have come out of the blue and from a left field ?

The club could announce a double deal any day now, Dalot and Fred deals came completely out of the blue. We do this same meltdown every season for no good reason.

What? Fred came out of the blue? He absolutely did not, we were strongly linked with him for months. Dalot was well speculated in the weeks before his signing too.

Despite pogba having a good world cup id be open to selling him if we could get savic in . I think this would be a fantastic team because Willian and Perisic are very good at tracking back . Perhaps swap Perisic for Sandro
