Delighted for Pogba. For all the stick he gets all the haters can shove it down their throats now. A world cup winning legend

I can remember Giggs Ince and Sharpe going through rediculous celebrations too. It's not a new thing at all. Seeing grown men play out a routine they obviously rehearsed is fairly laughable to be fair though

Ya I remember Sharpes dance! Ah there's something about Pogba and Greizmann in perticular I want to love them as footballers but more see them start to irritate me.

Uh never been so meh about team winning the world cup. Bored me whole way threw. Diva players with ridiculous cringy celebrations.

Pogba better show the same effort for United next season or bascially **** him he can dance all way to another club.

I think Jose should try sell off Pogba now after his WC win, I do not think he is ever going to be a top player, legend at MU

I'm in two minds about it to be honest. Part of me is thinking there's been many times we see what he can do at the club and you see how he can play at France this season surely!
Then I think that things haven't went how he obviously felt they where going to go coming back to united.

He seems to be going around with this constant attitude now everytime he performs or wins something there's a reaction to the crowd or camera.

Little stabs at Jose or loose comments about where he rather be playing or where he's comfortable.

I dunno what his frame of mind is at the club now and will be interesting to see how he performs when he returns to the club.

If he doesn't perform early in the season who's gonna get the blame?

Supposedly he is being given extra time at home due to him not having a proper summer off in 7/8 years, he’s due to join up with the squad at a later date

José that narrative has already begun the on rte. "Why can't José get Pogba playing like Deschamps can" ect.

A lot of fans also seem to think it's a make or break season for Jose.

If he doesn't get the players needed in time for next month he's done anyway.

We won't even come close next season.

Fifa gifting the WC to France. First goal from a blatant dive and the second from a bullshìt penalty.

    Pogba invisible too.

Pogba was one of the best players on the pitch and man of the match in a lot of papers.

Even as he of his bigger supporters....it is make or break.

He's set the bar himself by finishing second last season. He either needs to win the league or play some of the craziest football and come solidly second next year to continue "progression".

Limping towards second with boring football won't be good enough next season.

Dunno, there was something about Jose wanting him to have a better rest so he is fit and firing for the start of the season. Big difference to the types of training at carrington and in the states, the early training before jetting off just seemed to be light work

Perfect example of how players have the power to absolutely destroy a manager and ultimately a teams success.

If Pogba doesn’t perform (assuming he’s at the club) next season people will blame Jose when there’s no reason he can’t bring this form back to his club. Some played don’t work well with certain managers well it’s odd if the only two managers Pogba couldn’t work with were sir Alex Ferguson and Jose Mourinho. Two of the most successful managers of their time.

This whole “why do people hate pogba” bollox has to stop. It’s a throw out statement when you can’t objectively defend a player And want to derail reasonable discussions.

I don’t hate him, I only care what he will bring and do for united. It’s nice to see united players do well for their country but not if they can’t or won’t bring that same dedication to united. Pogbas performances have been underpinned by hard work, solid defensive covering and energetic displays. There is no reason he can’t do it for united and no excuse if it doesn’t come off. Its ridiculous to blame a world class coach if a world class player won’t put in a decent shift for a team. If it’s a choice of sacking Jose in the hope that Pogba actually starts performing or sell Pogba it’s no contest for me.

Couldn't give a fck what he does for France, United pay him handsomely and he has been very poor over the last 2 seasons. Croatia midfield owned the ball for long periods of play.

He chose to leave instead of working with SAF. It’s just a fact, an inconvenient one for your constant ridiculous defence of a player who has yet to show the club what he can do for the club...

You can only quote things he has done for other clubs or country. Why should that be a defence for 2 years of mediocrity for united? That only helps united negotiate a sale price it doesn’t help us on the pitch if you are quoting Juve or France next season if he reverts back to last seasons form.

Pogba's best moments this WC came playing through balls on the break to Mbappe. Who in attack for United has the pace and power to do what Mbappe was doing to get to them and hold off defenders? You'd argue that Sanchez could do it but he's always coming deep. You'd argue that Lukaku could do it but he's always in a more congested central area and his touch isn't upto it a lot of the time.

The wide forward positions either dropping deep or playing too defensively to start with is a problem which means Pogba has to spend more time on the ball or play lower percentage passes. The team set up in a way that's tough for him to excel like he has this WC. Hopefully that changes this season.

I just dont think we will do anything this season under mourinho. Valencia captain, ashley young left back, no right winger (as of yet) we are in for another season of mediocrity

Bull**** tbf man, you cant say mbabbe gets the best out Pogba yet criticise Sanchez and Lukaku for us. Pogba tries this worldie stuff against a Burnley team, yet in the WC does the simple stuff and does it right against far better opposition.
Thats down to the player himself not the people around him.
Lukaku and sanchez are a dream outlet of players in a game of football, Pogba just takes to long to release or he looses possesion with his daft step overs and over complication

Signing Mbappe is the only logical option :pac:

He did all the simple stuff against chelsea at home this season and it still wasnt enough for some.

So you've went from being the europa league player of the tournament to 1 game against chelsea argument.....wtf
Could count more games where fellani had a great game as well but with your rose tinted glasses you wouldn't agree.
