Kraftwerk tomorrow for the late night slot

I doubt it, but I hope I'm wrong.

It’s probably just Eoghan himself doing something at it , like presenting the rte coverage again or some scutter DJ slot

Didn’t your man on today FM pull the same stunt two years ago

I'd be hoping for Arctic Monkeys personally.

Sold out their two gigs in the Point & the times align.

Edit: no doubt some ubiquitous homegrown fare.

I hope you're right, about AM, not ubiquitous homegrown talent, but the Arctic Monkeys are expensive. I'd think the budget is gone on Kendrick and N.E.R.D

Doesn't he present it for RTE? He's not a DJ, can't see what he'd be doing there.

Eoghan McDermott presents classic slow set tracks of the 80s with the Tullamore CBS transition year brass band.

If Eoghan McDermott said it, must be an Irish act - 99% sure its Hozier (meh)

I wouldn’t call Phil Cawley a DJ either and he pulled the same stunt before

If it’s coming from Eoghan either way it’s going to be dung

I’ve an awful fear it’ll be Picture this or Aslan.

Neither are "headline level". Hozier (I predicted weeks ago) isn't either, but he'd be a bigger worldwide name than either of the two you mentioned.
Whoever said Niall Horan owes me new underpants.

seen them a few times over the last few years, and as good as they are, they're 100% not a late-night main stage act at EP IMO. the live show is very slow and serious.
plus their Marquee gig yesterday was with Aiken, so very unlikely they're booked by FR...

oi! leave my lana alone! (well someone has to love her!)
fond memories of getting lashed on and singing along
with crying girls that were young enough to be my kids! ;)

whatever you think of her, shes a global superstar
Hozier had his moment but they are not in the same category,

Yes, you're eating lunch in eddie rockets, it's a sign that you've too much money.

(i'd love a blt on brown, chips and a malt milkshake right now)

Well that's how us fancy, schmancy, measuring dates in weeks away rather than "sleeps, kinda people roll!

Kraftwerk were brilliant last night, enjoyed the show more than their Longitude headliner slot, shows what a tuned in audience can do, atmosphere was much more upbeat.
