cheap netbook for travel

Are there any cheap laptops/netbooks that would be suitable for travelling. I need a mouse to cut and paste documents so a tablet is sadly no use to me. 10 inch screen would be good enough. Any suggestions would be welcome.

OTG will allow you to use a mouse.

but this refurbished (only 1 available) has a much better spec even though it's 2015 model. bit heavy with the keyboard attached tho
