Repeated requests for already late monthly payment have not worked. Can I be deemed to be constructively dismissed?

Have dealth with CD a number of times.

First, you would actually have to resign first and then if you did CD is an absolute minefield and extremely difficult to pursue successfully.

If it came to that point consult an employment solicitor, it is far too complex an issue to request internet advice.

    You will need evidence

Emails, letters, meeting minutes, payslip with and without pay.

Proof of your repeated attempts to resolve it etc and exhausting all avenues.

Meet with your union if you have one and they can help
