Broadband speed dropping

    Hi, we upgraded from Eir regular broadband to fiber broadband last year. My speeds are brutal. I get 7mbps download and 0.94mbps upload. I can pick up my neighbours wifi  on Vodafone and get 28mbps download. I contacted online support twice tonight but got disconnected on both occasions.  I am out of contract - can anything be done?
