BMW 320D - No aircon or heating

Have a 06 320D with 60K miles. Had a problem during the winter with no heating. Thought it may be the thermostat but... Now no aircon either. Blower at full blast does not seem powerful at all either for heating or cooling. Any ideas?

Have you checked the coolant level?

Blocked pollen filter can seriously restrict air flow.
