    Morning all.

    Lucky escape this morning. Got up early to walk the dog before the heat...turns out the ballcock on my water tank is kaput, thankfully i got it in the knick of time...looks like when the house was built there was no overflow pipe ran :mad:

    So looking for a plumber to fit a new ballcock and an overflow..

    As always ill probably struggle to get someone interested in a small job, if anyone knows someone shoot me a PM with contacts please!
