I had guests so only saw this now

It's the Bird Catching or Bird Killing Tree. The seeds stick to birds that land on it and weigh the birds down so much they can't fly.

Peter O’Toole had 8 nominations for best actor but never won however he did get the lifetime achievement award, so not sure if you would count that.

Other than that, Richard Burton had 7 I think and never won.

    Our Peter it was.

Lifetime achievements are gifted rather than won. Not 'real' Oscars :)

I know this will be snapped up also but it’s the only question I have lined up:

What is the only bird with a beak longer than it’s body?

Well, that was so obvious I thought it'd be redundant to say it. :pac:

I don't have any questions lined up, S., please do go ahead. :)

Can you explain further? (I’ve just been watching the Planet Earth series so that’s where these questions came from. Unfortunately the great David didn’t get into that level of detail :D)

The evolutionary equivalent of the humming birds of the Americas (Small to medium sized, passerines, hover, long bills, feeding on nectar) in the 'Old World' are the Sunbirds of Africa, the Middle East and South East Asia. In Australia there are the Honeyeaters filling that space. They often look alike but are very distinct separate families.

Just by the name I'd guess Aztec origins. I haven't come across the name as a ruler so going for an Aztec God.
