Question for you before I do.

There's a chance one or two of the tasks might out others if they have/had similar tasks. So do you want the full list, or will I just give a few examples?

Give us the task you did anyway. We can talk about others after we see that i think.....it may give us insight into any sk tasks and wolf tasks as well, to be fair.

    Righteo lads.

One last story from Detective Babs. And I think the goodies then need to spend serious time looking over some responses to my stuff today.

A little while ago, as I was busy taking care of my own stuff (I had a list of errands to run, see. Nine in total), I was walking along and found myself a box that belonged to a certain Dirty individual. I was nearly distracted by a shiny gun across the road, but steadied myself instead, and focused on the box. A gun would have been nice. But Steve had a gun too, and look where he is now. Buried under the patio. Sorry Steve.

(Unless you were bad. Then **** you, Steve).

Whatever the box was (I'm not sure), I just negated it, and Den's powers. Whatever that trump card was that the wolves had up their sleeves, I've removed it from play.

So now the question is.....were the reactions to the box getting taken out genuine from people? Liam seemed to really be pushing hard to take me out this morning. Did he realise what was coming for him? Clodagh, on the other hand, seemed to cosy up once she realized. Pocketing me? Hmm.

Going to take a look over how people were reacting to my posts this morning, AND to what the reactions were after the wolves learned they just lost a power.

Bans do you know any details around the box or was it just a “do X and the box goes away”? Did you have a task to remove the box and can you reveal it?

The only other person of note who I'd be curious about is Dorris. She FFA#d me quickly after I had the rant, was the first to post when the Box was revealed on here (the wolves likely got a heads up of a few seconds this was coming btw), tried to push it as a "failed task" when it read, at least to me, clearly as if a villager blocked the wolves power. Then in #1119 quickly makes an excuse to disappear off for a while.

That's not definitive proof, but from the overall reactions to the unfolding of the events, Dorris' reaction reads the most like "I'm clueless about what happened, and now I'm running away so I don't have to answer questions".

So, right now, my FFA is...

    #FFA2
    Gertrude
    Abigal
    Dorris

Balony, I was online at the time so I posted, it was a natural reaction.

    That blocked 2 votes?

    This is seriously being considered?

    Ah now, come off it.

There you are Henry. Don’t need to wait too long

Babs was it possible to tell us this before the mods announced the box, you could have been a cleared vil if so. Well as cleared as we have so far.

Can you reply to this babs?

Babs- abi had me on her ffa yesterday aswel. I wasn’t being in anyway hostile to her. Just decided to ask her today as she left me on the ffa.

Reading your rant earlier pissed me off cos it reminded me of previous characters who claim that they should just be blindly followed. Hence why I said I’d rather we didn’t have a couple of people with guns just leading the village and firing shots wherever they pleased

There’s also a fair chance it might be similar to tasks for the wolves. I’d suggest tell us but see what everyone thinks

    I did 9 tasks.

I'd guess ye could rattle off a few.

    "**** the village"

An Ode to Pat Butcher (ffs, how did this not set off more alarm bells this morning....)

After that, the "Detective Babs" thing was a pretty bad attempt to cover up most of them.

Posted after the first death yesterday that Columbo was on the case, while posting a picture of Kojak.

Asking Jake constantly if he had "someone buried under the patio" (I asked him three times over two posts).

Asking Henry, after he accused me of being a wolf, "So you telling me the cops knew Internal Affairs were setting them up all along?"

My posts bout "Grant....no Loni….no Joni Mitchell" last night, when everyone was going quiet after the munch. I may or may not have screwed that one up and had to take a second, clumsy swing at it.

Posting "Ur avin a larf aint ya, everybody knows FFA's are for mugs" after the first FFA on Day 0, and then having to post one myself.

There's one I really am reluctant to post for now, cause I worry wolves will leap on it, not to hit me but to hit someone else that I've not figured out if I trust fully or not.....

I had two options. A gun or "deal with a mystery box".

    I didn't trust guns after Steve's death.

I don't know what the box was though. After I chose the box, I learned what happened with the rest of ye.

Do you think the other person doing tasks could be dirty den themselves trying to get the box?

Yeah Orla I’m confused with that logic aswel.

If Dessie was the vig then he wouldn’t have been protected and would’ve taken a bullet like anyone else. There was also a lot of people who didn’t react to Steve and his gun. Myself included. Why would Des be the vig?

Maybe I'm missing something obvious, but I think it was Gabriel who said yesterday evening that they reckon Steve didn't get a shot off before being shot by Grant. "Something the mods said made me think this".

So Desmond wouldn't need to have been protected if Steve didn't take that shot at him.

Could be way wrong of course and just looking at possibilities. I just got the feeling (in retrospect) that Desmond was quite smug with Steve, who was "resisting the urge to blow Dessie's head off" at 5pm, because he already had the kill order in for Steve who was killed at 5.10pm.

Hey Brendan, if the vig is a nrv now and they know it, reveal, we need a core to start. I wont back away from this comment.

    3. Liam - Tried to put shade on Steve yesterday when he had the gun, maybe to look good if things turned pear shaped. Liam and Orla are on the lower end of the posting scale which is a good place for a wolf to reside.

Why couldnt you post this as 1 why did you need to TBC even though they were all posted fairly close time wise to each other?

Fine. I’ll say what I see then.

Me: you were adamant that a blocked vote wasn’t happening

    You: show me

Me: quote the post saying ‘is this really being considered. Ah come off it’

Now as I said in the ffa this is so so tenuous. But from everything I’ve looked through today that just stood out. I don’t think you are necessarily a wolf but I don’t like putting up an ffa with only 1 player this early. The second had to be someone

Sort of like a mini 'Deal Or No Deal' game in Eastenders, love it.

Worthwhile risk you took there. Strip a likely alpha's power rather than pick up another zany gun, well worthwhile.

These were tasks assigned to you before the game yeah? Seems quite derpy.

Barbara I hate to say it but this all does put a target on your head. I hope you have anything left to tell us ready before munch time tomorrow.

It all adds up though, at least until I get home later and can have a really close look at it.

    What FFAs are done then?

Oh, another point against Gert right now. I do think a wolf, at least one, would have voted Mary. She topped the FFA which usually means a good group to hide in on night one.

Ugh ive gone too far into the rabbit hole..,....i need a break.

Whilst Babs is obviously a ballsy player who could very well have orchestrated this claim, again I do think you're wasting time looking into it. I'd be inclined to believe her for now. Doesn't mean she isn't the SK of course. But there are more unknowns out there for the moment. I'd put Gabs and Babs on the shelf. Ha. That rhymes.

Babs any indication of why you were chosen to complete the task and receive the reward? What's your feeling on Gabriel given that you also had the option of a gun today? Do you believe his story from yesterday?

    Said this earlier myself.

Here are the Mary voters - Gertrude WW, Nigel WW, Clodagh WW

3 votes was all it took to lynch someone last night, we really were a muddled mess.

I wasn't chosen, per se. It was my role. I had my tasks the second the game started.

I'm not sure with Gabriel tbh, but without being meta, I wouldn't at all be shocked if his story was true. It's so much nonsense, in a good way, and he didn't need to come out with the story. His identity would have been a secret if he had wanted. Either a super ballsy, unnessecary play that will unravel later in the game if/when the priest comes out, or the truth.

I'd be inclined to move on for now.
