Has to be that Hozelock hose with reel I used to own

Trying to water my flowers earlier, they're looking a bit shook.
Everytime i moved the damn thing kinked on itself and flow stopped/slowed to a trickle. Had to be fully unreeled (?)to work.
Every time. Absolute piece of crap.

Just after fcuking it in the bin.

Broke my heart. It was like going out with the sexiest girl in the neighbourhood whilst everyone else knew she was sucking cock all 'round town.

    or really this

    https://www.homestoreandmore.ie/garden-tools/50ft-expanding-flexible-hose/071115.html

I have something similar to that and it's great. Doesn't kink and rarely tangled in a bad way, very easy to untangle if required.

    In 1995, I bought a CD/cassette player combo from a well-dodgy auction. Turned out it was a cassette/cassette combo.

    Recently a so-called Nokia 8110 (rebooted edition)

    Took 3 weeks to arrive
Turned out to be an inferior 2G version
Broke after 2 weeks. Got a refund today though

I bought a listening device out of a betterware magazine for the Craic when I was younger. Thought I’d be like a spy. Didn’t even slightly work. Sounded like when you put your ear to the desk in a classroom.

about 1980 or 81, December 8th, bought a green Toyota Corolla from a garage in Glenageary.

On Christmas Day, went visiting family. Someone comes out to admire my shiny new car and says "what's that mark on the roof?".
Turned out to be rust. Dealer's response :"wait till about March and come back. By then all the rust spots should have come to the surface and we'll do them all together". Straight down to Toyota HQ on the Naas Road (or possibly Long Mile, can't be sure now). Anyway, they transferred warranty to another dealer. But that wan't enough to fix,the rust kept coming back. Got SFA on a trade-in, 2 years later. Nissan, which itself went belly-up within 3 years - not rust, head gasket! Never bought another Japanese car after that.

Bought a real dog Triumph 1300 in 1976, scrapped it in Feb 77. But it was a cheapo second hand, so wasn't the financial disaster the two above were. Opel and Ford were the best cars I ever owned.(so far).

I bought cheap drillbits on eBay for a bit of rough work. I knew they'd only last the length of the job.

    Well they didn't.

I think they were made out of pewter.

Minidisc player. Can't remember what it cost but it cost a lot, it had a radio and I thought I was the coolest kid on campus!
It was quickly superseded by the iPod.

Bicycle from Smyths toy store. I thought I was being super smart spending a mere 120 euro on my bike while losers were spending 300 euro plus on brands like Trek and Giant

Useless POS. It weighed a ton. I doubt a kid could even lift a bike like this. The gears broke after 1 week leaving me with about two gears only. Heavy mountain bike tires I was the slowest cyclist in Dublin.

Went out and spent a fair whack on a Trek bike and was blown away with the difference the first time I used it
