£50m release clause.. And you can bet they demand it too.

The reason in the mirror is that he would be a cheaper alternative to Sandro, as we won’t pay 50m for him. There’s no way we would pay 50m for Gaya.. the mirror reporting it would be closer to 30m..

Anyways as I said, the Sunday’s need something to get people to buy it :) the Sunday papers are the worst for transfer gossip especially if it’s the only paper reporting it.

So you can't post a pic.fair enough, though it would be easy considering you said there was plenty.

There are plenty who think he is fat when playing for united so whats the point in posting a pic of him when he is on holidays. Pointless

Jesses ability to find space and make the right runs on a consistent basis is as good as it gets.

Cracking goal from him to boot. Delighted. Panama are ****ing horrible.

Surely our manager deserves some credit for Jessie. Someone has helped him release his potential.

Odds on Panama finishing with 11 players is slashed I'd say. Horrible team

Great 4th goal by Stones too

Nope, remember when the players do well it’s down to them, when they don’t it’s down to the manager

Smalling must be the Panama defensive coach.

    That was Ufc style defending.

One of these days, jessie will score the most mundane, average goal.

    Not today though.

Was so fitting for Kane to score his hatrick consisting if two penalties and a ball the bounced off his heel and then be taking off when job is done lol.

Huh, didn't see the game other than Jessie's goal, but the consensous on Reddit seems to be that Kane, despite getting the hatrick, shouldn't have got MOTM and Lingard should have.

Like seeing our lads having good summers.

As I said above 2 penalties and a shot that deflected off his heel.

In previous years, I have defended Shaw's build and stature in this thread. That photo which was posted yesterday though, if it is a current pic, I can't defend or justify.

As someone myself who isn't stick thin and aware that a bad-angled, impromptu photo can be a c*nt, I gave Shaw plenty of leeway while looking at that photo.

'Sure it's just his body shape/bone structure' - Nope, there is lots of excess on show which has nothing to do with his birth-given huge arse.

'Yeah but the excess is because he is slouched/sitting' - Nope, that's actually not the worst pose he is in. It would be quite flattering for many a pro-footballer/athlete, not Shaw at the moment though.

I think the fact that he is in and out of shape so often is testament to why his career hasn't taken off yet. It clearly is an effort for him to get into shape and stay that way, a chore for him, something he 'must do' rather than actually likes to do and relishes the challenge of.

3 years ago he took a personal trainer on holiday with him. He started that season really well. I remember plenty of comments on social media along the lines of 'Wow, any chance LVG can hire Shaw's PT for the whole team?'. Now though, if that pic is anything to go by, he hasn't a fraction of that determination left in him.

Of course, it's only June and he has a month to get back in shape for pre-season. As I said though, the fact that getting into shape is something this pro-footballer 'has to do' in the first place is a big part of the problem.

Imo he is one of the most intelligent players around. Consistently picks the right option and run.

Yep. He just needs to take a step or two more towards consistency and doing things at key moments to be borderline undropable. Rio Ferdinand saying he would have fit into Fergies United teams is a great shout.

Along with some other less than flattering ones.

I reluctantly gave it a click to make sure I wasn't being harsh on Shaw.

I'd love to be fat like Shaw ;)

Ah no Jayo, you know what I mean. I acknowledged that I'm not a finely chiseled sculpture myself, but I'm not a pro-footballer trying, but failing, to nail down a starting spot at Manchester United.

Shaw looks grand for one of the lads on holiday, but that's not what we're talking about here.
