I'm looking for a cheap PAYG using ios9.
I want to run Viber.
Any ideas ?

Running Android OS 4.1 and newer

Any phone that isn't horrendously ancient will run Viber.

Get something like this:

You just need an android phone or tablet, don’t know if there are any minimum specs you need but it worked on my ancient Samsung.
