Hi there. I'm not involved in the legal field but I came across a post on linkedin focusing on personal injury and assessing past loss of earnings. It was super interesting but part 2 which was supposed to deal with calculating future loss of earnings is nowhere to be found. I would love any info.

It's a matter for an actuary to calculate future LOE as there are many factors involved and even with their expertise, it's an inexact science.

The solicitor handling your case/claim for Loss I’d Future Earnings will handle this. It can involve opinions and reports from a multitude of professionals - Doctors, Occupational Therapists, Actiaries etc. Then the solicitor and barrister use the info obtained to claim/argue for the loss.
