VW Touran starting

Hi Folks, Just wondering if someone can help. My 2008 VW Touran (1.9 Bluemotion) is starting straight from cold (first turnover if you will). However when warm I notice that it takes a little longer to start (about 4 or 5 turnovers). Any suggestions?

According to this thread it could be the starter motor
