Mazda CX-5 manual gear shifting

I have recently purchased a 2.2 Diesel 2016 Manual CX-5. I've found the gear change from 2nd to 3rd tricky and the 3rd to 4th feels as though the shift is rubbing against the edge of the "H".  Also, when depressing the clutch (always to the floor !) it doesn't feel smooth as if there is a restriction in the master cylinder. Also the TSB 05-002-17-3355, is there a document that has what Mazda recommends they have identified this an issue. My CX5 has 31,000Km and a recent (at 26,000Km) oil change and service by Mazda

Is this a normal issue with the gearbox? I've only come across one thread from a Mazda forum about this

A 2016 is still in manufacturers warranty. Why not book it in and see what the dealer thinks?

Initially the service dept said, they also had an issue with the same gear selections. Later they consulted with Mazda, they said it was normal, but they never mentioned a Technical Service Bulletin that was released about an issue with the gears...
