    Hi,
I've a question, there is a summon for theft against me, but this is a false report from a girl, is she supposed to be present at that day or not necessary ?

i.e., both the accused and victim are supposed to be present or just the Garda who is reporting me will be present. ?

If Victim doesn't show up, what will happen to the case ?

    Cheers

Unless you plead guilty, she has to get into the witness box to give evidence. If she is the only prosecution witness and she doesn't show up, the case will be dismissed.
