Program - App for slideshow with music??

    Hi

    I have a slideshow on powerpoint which I want to play with music background tracks.
    Is it possible to load music onto Powerpoint?
    Or are there other programs that anyone would recommend which would allow presentatioons be built (transferred from powerpoint) and run with slides and backing music together?
