Is De Bryune playing the same deeper role that people point to why Pogba can’t play well for united?. Apparently he’s not crazy about that role but he still puts in a good performance.

Hazard is selfish as fuk at times he had loads if opportunities to put in across there for Rom in second half and he dribbled and wasted possession.

I think thats why a lot of the big teams are struggling tbh; loads of big egos wanting their WC moments so are stupidly playing as individuals. Meanwhile the smaller teams, Iceland, Switzerland, etc, are playing as more cohesive units....

Factor in they are the go to guy at their clubs, it must be hard to adapt from a role where everything goes through you to giving the ball off more than you normally would.

Ya thinking same thing last few days. Was really obvious France where at same thing other day Neymar at it last night.

If Belgium had a better manager and started playing for each other bit more they would have proper chance this summer!

Tbf he does have to adjust his game playing for Belgium. Usually at Chelsea the best thing to do is ignore the star striker.

Yeah only thing I'd be worried about is cr7 has a hatrick against Spain and still has morroco and Iran to play lol its not unimaginable to think he could have 10 goals after 3 games.

I was going to put the money on him but the odds were crap.
