Is broken windscreen wiper stalk an NCT fail?

Hey guys, Getting into my car this morning a really annoying and freak accident happened, where my work lanyard got caught around my windscreen wiper stalk on the right of my steering wheel. There is a stub left which you can move up and down and it operates the wipers as normal but it looks naff. Will this be a visual…

Hey guys,

Will this be a visual fail on NCT?

I have sourced a replacement unit and thankfully it is a 5 min job to fit it seems
