contacts not fully downloading

i Have a Motorola C Plus unlocked. i hard reset yesterday but wont fully download my contacts. have tried everything and reset several times, still wont fully download.. I am on the verge of just getting a new phone :mad: any ideas ? this happened on other phones in the past on the same account

Download from were? If you had them on your Google account you shouldn't need to download them as such just sign into your account.

sign in i mean on phone...wont download all the contacts.... tried numerous times ...just about to throw it out at this point

Where are the contacts stored that you are trying to get them from?

How many are downloading? and how many should be downloading?

If they're here they should just sync to your phone when you sign in
