    Tenant Rights
The right, in common with the Landlord and all other persons having a like right, to use the Car Parking Space(s) which will be designated from time to time at the Landlords discretion.

Is the above a clear right to an allocated space, or does it possibly give the Landlord or others the right to park in the Tenants designated space ?

It's sounds like the parking space can be allocated to anyone by the management company.

No. What it it says is that one or more car parking spaces may be designated for the tenant's use. And I think there's an implication that a designation will be made. There is (presumably) some language elsewhere in the lease which indicates who has the right to make the designation.

It doesn't say whether the tenant will have exclusive use of any one space, or shared use, together other tenants/the landlord, of a number of spaces. That depends on the terms in which the spaces are designated.
