    Am in divorce proceedings.

Bank wanted to reposess house cause mortgage wasnt being payed. Solicitor for months never informed bank or register that I was going through divorce proceedings. He never told me about this. He put a ton of pressure saying we have to sell it quickly, I assumed he informed the bank etc and I had no other choice I only find out that he did not now months in, his excuse was it was upto me to instruct him? Seems wrong. When I brought this up he screamed that he was coming off record for me and to pay him in full or he wont release my documents?

Because i almost lost my home against my will I dont see how I can pay thousands for this? Is there anything I can do?

    Thanks guys
