Commercial vehicle stipulations?

I'm half thinking of getting a commercial vehicle to use for work. It has 2 front seats but that is it. It's basically a van in the shape of a car. Just wondered if it is legal for me to drive with a passenger or is there any other legislation like that I cannot use it for non-business stuff etc.

You would need to check with your insurer.
