My wife had a car on PCP for the past 3 years so now we need to weigh up our options. I've spoken with the dealer and have the relevant prices to clear the loan or enter a new deal. Can we move to a different manufacturer/dealer and start a new deal with them? How would it work? Clear the loan and just trade in the car to someone, or would the new dealer be able to offset the loan with trade in etc.

You can go wherever you want. The GFV on your documents is owed at year 3 on your current car.

If you go elsewhere the cost to change will have that added to it less the allowance for your own. If you finance it through the dealer they will send the cheque off to the current lender, if you're organising finance yourself you will need to arrange that.
