    Hi there,
Have an access review hearing on the 24th Sept in the District Court, which in it's self should be no issue, but need to add a motion to that hearing to ask the Judge to allow a wall be rebuilt around the family home which is dangerous, and needs to be repaired. Insurance company have issued a cheque, but in both our names, but we never had a joint account, so cheque needs to be issued in my name, wife refuses to allow that. My wife refuses to co operate and refuses to allow wall to be rebuilt as this keeps the house from being sold as we have Judicial Separation proceedings beginning after 20th June. Really need to know what form I need to add this issue to the access hearing or apply to court before access hearing? Have looked through the District Court forms but cannot see what form would be required.

    Thanks in advance.

You should get legal advice on this from your own solicitor
Rather unlikely that the court dealing with access would also be able or willing to deal with the wall issue
