Honda civic key cut

Hi, Bought a 2006 civic end of may with no second key. Been to few locksmiths and 180 to get a new key. Or blade cant cut the metal..... If anyone knows a place where i could get an ebay key cut please pm me. I am buying a blank with the right transponder id 46 and will follow a procedure to add the key. Thanks.

I know a place - in Ballaghaderreen, co. Roscommon. They'll cut one for a fiver.
