Is it legal in Ireland to take a son from father and place him and his mother in Womens Refugee Camp without notifying father or father's consent? My rights are breached as the Safety order is between me and my wife, thus I should be able to see my son whenever I want. I am still his father. Let mother stay in refugee camp as long as she wants - but my son should be in the house together with me - I have full rights to him the same as mother. Whats your view - is it legal or not in your opinion ?

You need to see a solicitor specialising in family law and get proper legal advice.
