New Data Protection rules.

Please forgive the ignorance but how would a small company approach these new data protection rules. Say a company with 2/3 employees and up to 40/50 customers during a year, the information recorded is very limited but it's both digital and 'pen & paper', just names, addresses, contact details and in fairness some bank…

then you are back to square one with the product.. they will show a popup every time you log in to authorise access to your data and they will say that the data is required for it to function. If the app communicates in any way, it will always say it needs your contact list, photos, camera, logs.
