    help for years i have been reading the SFgate on line now yesterday when i went on line to read it i got this message 451 unaviable for legal reasons blocked ? what the ff is this any help appricated if its in the wrong foram please change am still blocked to-day

    Blocking EU users due to GDPR. Might be just temporary until they get their compliance sorted out.

    Use a non-EU VPN perhaps.
