Not a great moment for the condescending Senator Mullen there.

I think the fact is Ronan mullen and Maria steen admitted tonight that they still wouldn't approve abortion in the case of things like rape or FFA.

They are clambering to try and appear reasonable.....it isn't working... It is a lie.... They have admitted it tonight.

Powerful words from Saoirse about her experience.

A lot of emotion and not much context.

Did the Irish Times deliberately choose this title for poops and giggles?

Good. I was afraid that he might do the rabble rousing he has indulged in on other occasions. Delighted he has put manners on Steen. :D

Could it turn in to a riot if the No side have no time left for the final part?

Saying that thousands will die and babies will be targeted.

Emotive language that is totally untrue.

At the end of it all it will personal choice for the mother that won't be taken lightly.

Compulsory would suggest everyone would be forced to have an abortion. Talk about emotive language.

Ronan Mullen ( to Saoirse - who travelled to UK)

Yeah, the 'what you did'... just no...

Regina with the 'will you ever let someone speak?' (Paraphrasing) was just brilliant...

    Damnnnn...

I don't agree with abortion aside from the 'hard cases'.

So, how can you vote for something you don't agree with? We all know abortions increase when it's legislated for, it changes the culture. Drink driving is unacceptable now socially, but it was only in the very recent past where it was rampant.

But, I don't agree that a woman shouldn't have bodily autonomy and integrity either.

    So....what to do?

How dare Ronan Mullen speak to that woman like that? What a prick!

Saoirse has my full admiration for sharing her story. To hell with narrow minded people like Mullen and their judgment.

If Ronan is a failed Priest, what does that make Maria?

    A failed nun?

    A failed _______?

    Please fill in the blank.

Ronan confirms that you can't trust anyone who wears a vest, especially in this heat

He must think its a sin to have your nipples showing

    What did he say?

Woman gives a harrowing account of having an abortion in England.

Ronan responds with her deserving love etc. "regardless of what you've done"

You should jump on the Yes bandwagon and do what's popular, your beliefs don't matter if they clash with the Yes campaign and you have no right to have them. Having your beliefs probably means you're a lot of unpleasant things by extension, how dare you exist.

My dad was on the fence until now but I think Ronan Mullen's comments have actually moved him to a yes vote.
