So.......Several weeks after my first post I recieved a reply today. In short the forms I completed for my water suply and the payment I made over a year ago appear to have disappeared into thin air! The reply says that Have been sent a form to complete and a bill to pay. Will this be the same form I've already completed…

So.......Several weeks after my first post I recieved a reply today. In short the forms I completed for my water suply and the payment I made over a year ago appear to have disappeared into thin air! The reply says that Have been sent a form to complete and a bill to pay. Will this be the same form I've already completed Twice and th same bill I paid a year ago! YES IT WILL!
