    Hopefully Alya!

Don't think that will be the case. :(

I think Jonny will end up with Liz or Eileen.

Steve's mother, I always get confused between Liz and Eileen,as to who's his mother.

    Liz is his mum.
And he has a twin brother.

I thought the same thing! Sophie asked if they were ok getting home(?!)...in the middle of the day(??!) Down a short alleyway from the street(??!) Frickin' ridiculous!! Unle...es
they were slurping at each other's faces down five or six different alleyways.. now I'm mentioning it, they seriously irritate me...Slurpy slurp slurp!! (deep heaving breaths!).. shhhhlurp!! Fcuk sake!! Apologies...lots of sounds annoy me...people eating...people sniffing....people breathing... I nearly decked an auld fella, in the face, with my phone today, in the post office queue.. for open mouth breathing on the back of my neck....(turned out it was the air conditioning..poor man..I kept turning around to glare at him for standing so close!) even my hubbie's bubbly popply text iphone sounds drive me mental!

I think the three old biddies are an attempt to capture the days of Ena Sharples...(how the fck did they meet each other?!) but I think it's odd.. them just appearing. Vinnie's mother is clearly suffering from dementia yet she appears in the pub with her mates...wtf?!

They were shown leaving a tube station or whatever weren't they?

The laneway seemed to be down the new part of the set. Zeedan was sweeping outside his restaurant when he heard them screaming so wasn't really spying just happened to be nearby.

What I’d like to know is who the hell goes into town in the middle of the day on the lash drinkin tequilas as was mentioned and comes home again in the broad day light!
Plus there’s a terrible notion that the Irish are constantly drinkin but yet they are in the pub on pints etc by midday
Time lines are ****e on Corrie sometimes

I thought they were shown leaving the bar, down an alleyway for a quickie, guy comes harassing them, Zeedan hits him then back to the Street where they meet Steve and see ambulance taking injured guy away

Taking injured guy away from the street...As in he was assaulted right beside the street..

I must not be allowed to share a you tube clip.. if you look it up you'll see zeedan sweeping outside Speed Daal and then running across to the laneway.

Sorry to be pedantic about it but that's what happened ;P

They should open it to a public vote regarding
    Phelans hit list

Steve: (on Johnny's grief) I can't even begin to imagine.
Me: Well you *can* begin, considering you've also lost a son.

    Hopefully Alya!

It'll be like that tram crash. 4 deaths announced but 2 were non character deaths.
    Don't get your hopes up!
I'm calling Nicola or her sprog as one.

Ruairi just like Steve's depression forgot about

I'd have liked Steve to open up a lot more about depression since he suffers with it. Of all people he's one who shoud have a vague idea how Aidan was feeling, whether visible to people or not.

Uselesd info alert: I knew Rosie was born in Rosamond St and that's why she was called Rosie. It was in Don Brennan's taxi. She was also born on the same day as David Platt, Christmas Day. So there !!

Has there been a funeral for Aiden yet?

No but they're usually about 2 weeks after a death in the UK aren't they? Unlike here a day or two after a death.

You’d be quite ripe after a month!

Why is that do you know?

It can actually just be waiting times! For example, my pal's granny passed away in early April in London, and the funeral is next week. It took that long for a slot to become available. I think the wait itself is related to cemetery spaces

I think it’s more to do with time slots. If you want a popular time, then you wait. An unpopular time, you could have funeral in days.

What do you mean by time slots? Popular time?

I can't relate what you mean to Irish funerals.

I also am confused by this. How is there ever a 'popular' time? It's not like a wedding where guests availability is better suited to a weekend. If someone dies you make it to the funeral no matter when it's on.

And also I imagine, council workers to dig the graves.

    https://www.dailystar.co.uk/showbiz-tv/hot-tv/703301/CORRIE-Star-Antony-Cotton-on-his-storyline-shocker
Cotton’s character Sean Tully is going to be back in the spotlight thanks to a “poignant and serious” story – one of the last masterminded by producer Kate Oates before she quit.

He says: “I’ve just begun the first part of a storyline that’s going to run for quite a while over the summer. It is a very unusual storyline, very serious and not what people would expect from Sean.

“It will come good but it’s a very poignant and serious story. It’s not what I expected and I was taken aback when I heard what it was. But it is a subject that’s very close to my heart and I will reveal all in time.”

They have to have Jewish and Muslim funerals within a day don't they?

Who does Street funerals, is it still Archie?

Also will Aidan's service and his burial be where he grew up and where is mam is buried?
