Rita was very funny night the start of tonight episodes lol when that balloon man flew in her window I was roaring laughing and then in part 2 when she went to stab it

No, he was Leanne's dad but not Toyah's. Can't remember if Toyah's father was ever mentioned but wasn't Les, he was her stepfather.

Toyah was the result of a fling with a guy called Ronnie Clegg. He made one appearance in Corrie.

I also didn't like Tyrone's aggression towards Rita last night when she challenged him about the balloon hitting her window. I'd have smacked him in the puss, the little git! Hate Tyrone and Fiz, a plastic Jack and Vera being foisted on us by the Corrie team. I don't buy their act; they strike me as complete arseholes :pac:

Would the fact that Aidan killed himself so soon after making the will make it null and void. Maybe a solicitor could argue that Aidan wasn't in his right mind when he made it. I'd hate to see Alya get the factory. Remember how she shafted Sinead when they were supposed to be working together and took all the credit for herself.

Doubtful. The will was made some time ago. Has a couple of witnesses who will say he was fine at the time.
He also made a lot of other rational decisions when cleaning up his affairs before the suicide.

You also will not find any body who can say that he looked distressed in that time as the suicide was so unexpected.

Alya could be insufferable as boss, but could also be excellent. Carla can be a right cow at times.

I'd say if the will was made on the day he sent the letter to his dad that he intercepted then it's possible as he had changed his mind about the letter and killing himself.

Yes, but a few days later he went through psychological counselling to see if he was fit to be an organ donor and passed, so they can claim he was thinking clearly back then.

Carla could say she behaved irrationally in giving her shares away, or that she would have not given them as a gift if she had known what he was going to do. That would be their best option.
