Leitrim always seems wild to me, but I had no idea there were Panda roaming about the place.

Panda is our sole white cow, have no idea where she got the name now.

Big black eye on me today, had to carry a new born calf down off a mountain yesterday and he kicked me in the eye while I was carrying him.

Heading off up the north for a few days with the Mrs. to get away before the madness of grass chopping starts. Last few days away before herself calves at the end of July too. Anything interesting up there I should check out? Only ever had a flying visit to Belfast before. Going there again, then Portrush and another couple of nights somewhere but haven't decided yet

If the weather is nice, just follow the coast road. Cushendal, Cushendun etc.
Not sure if your Mrs would be up for the Carrick a Reid bridge, or the Giants Causeway. Lots of steep stone steps at the first, and long hike at the second.
Titanic centre is worth a visit, if she likes little vintage/speciality shops then head up Botanic Avenue towards Queens. I think the Ice Hockey season is finished now, so that's out.
Nice restaurants etc all around the city centre.
If you have other kids in town, W5 is very good.

It all depends what your into really.
Most of the National trust properties offer a nice day out with walks, big old houses and tea rooms.
Ulster Folk and Transport museum between Belfast and Bangor is nice, transport museum for the petrol heads and then a recreated village and farms for a bit of interest.

Can’t really comment on Belfast itself as I don’t really like built up areas at all. We spent a few hours hiking on Divis mountain outside Belfast there at the weekend, nice views overlooking Belfast.

Haven't been, but suggest Seamus Heaney Centre, Ballaghy.
Keep you near, to the soil.
I see from whelan, that breaks are now measured in, milkings away.

Yes, it's not how many sleeps until I'm going away but how many milkings. .

Ah now, don't you start! We'd enough of that on the Vegan thread.

Bufford really took exception to that.
