That's the way to do it!

I probably shouldn't post this but I'm finishing off a Tuesday night with a Thai Green Chicken curry, Jasmine Rice (sounds so bloody posh, but its a Tesco tub:D) with a few more salty chips.

Just had a feckin savage appetite on me today.

Lord but there was some choice for breakfast in town. Ended up with a breakfast bap, a side of pancakes and a couple of strong coffees.

Just had a BabyBel and an apple.

Out in (Dublin) town for lunch today - think we might hit the Market Bar to try to find something diabetic-friendly. They've a good range of salads.

I'm normally very strict on my diet, but came home from cycling laps of Howth (spent almost three hours up there) feeling absolutely famished, so I fried up three pork sausages, black & white pudding and put it all on wholemeal bread with two mugs of coffee... I'll run it off later lol
