Well that was a good show tonight. I knew your man that continued on from yesterday would not go far. Hell Jeremy indirectly told him the answer was not St.Jeremy and the idiot still went for it.
I thought your one done really well just a pity she got a bit over confident and greedy. She should have but her safety at 32k. Why the feck did she trust Jeremy over her husband? Someone she has surely known many years now. That was just stupid. If her husband had been wrong ok but to not even trust him but he could have maybe said he was fairly sure of it. Hell I even knew the answer was Philip Hammond and I am not British. No idea why I knew but yes I did. A pity would have been nice to see her get more than she got as she done great up to that.

    Live long and Prosper

    Peace and long life.

Surely this current run can be used as scientific proof that we are indeed getting more stupid as a race :pac:

Poor yoga lady had a mare! He even threw yoga under the bus after she jumped!

Warming to Jeremy as a presenter the more I watch, he can be quite funny at times.
Did I hear him say correctly that contestants can walk away from a question (after seeing the 4 answer options) without answering and keep the money they are on? That's different from the original series..

You could always walk away. There is only 2 new added features to the show which are the new lifeline (ask the host), and the choice of when to set your safety net.

did i ever tell you all about the time I gambled and lost 31,000 UK pounds? ..... well its all bollox cause I would never gamble if there was a chance of loosing that kind of dosh! - bloody stupid, if you really really 150% dont know the answer - walk away 32 grand better off than when you first sat in that seat , its that simple!

I like Clarkson and he is playing this exactly as I would have thought.
Only annoying thing about Clarkson was the way later series of top gear were overly scripted.

is it just me , or is he actually getting more excited as this week gets on when someone wins some money? - at the start of the run he was very monotone like and deep voiced like "you've won 1 grand" and then followed by a snide remark like "that will pay for your bus journey to here" but as time goes on when they win a bit of money now he is getting a little bit more excited than he did at the beginning. - i reckon someone (producers?) said something to him .. like cheer up you old bugger , a thousand quid is like a fiver to you but to some (real people) a thousand quid is a lot of money!

I get the impression that he truly wants them to do very well and feels really sorry for those few who have lost a lump of money.

I was watching this on ITV+1 these past two nights. Clarkson is really growing on me on presenting this show. He is doing really well in his presenter role gelling with the other contestants. If a full series gets commissioned; I would be really happy with that news.

ITV had also mentioned at the end of tonight's show that they have released a board game of the show. I just found out that you can buy it from Smyths Toystore in Ireland for €30. Have a look at the pics. It looks so good.
