Help me out on a large tyre for decent money

I need 4 275/35/19 100 load.

I'm in cork but going to Dublin in 2 weeks.

Any recommendations for places or tire brands that are decent but not 300 a tire. ðŸ˜

I'd be doubtful whether you'd get delivery within 2 weeks but there are suppliers on Alibaba that can supply that 234/55R19 for less than €40 each if you are prepared to wait. The one linked to also only has a minimum order of 1 which suits when you are buying just for yourself.

I wouldn't risk it.

The op has asked for a decent tire.

Check the prices on oponeo and eiretires so you can get a rough idea what brand you can afford.

I got very competitive prices recently from Tyreland for a mix of 235s and 255s. I'd recommend at least asking them for a quote

Kumho can be 150 a corner on eiretires.

Decent enough brand. Check if you can change the size a little to avail of better prices as yours are one of the most expensive.

I need that size unfortunately.

Smaller sizes (eg 255) drop to 91-96 weight.

So I don't have a stretch on the tire I need that size as I do alot of town driving.

That's the size I need.

Is it a run on flat tyre?

I have that size on the rear of my car and buying online has always worked out cheapest for me. I'd say very few bricks and mortar tyre shops stock much in that size as they are not huge sellers for them.

This crowd are very very competitive on pricing.
It may be a bit of a drive away and the premises is a bit rough and ready but they do a professional job.

Last time I checked prices locally there was a hefty premium for buying local, most couldn't/wouldn't believe the price they were selling for online compared to even the wholesale prices here. The worst but not that unsurprisingly was the local BMW dealer who wanted slightly more to supply and fit two tyres than what I was buying 4 for online.

Bit out of your way (but no more so than Dundalk I suppose) http://www.mileagetyres.ie/default.asp?pageid=3, they're in Mullingar. They're a wholesaler/distributor as well as retail, I've gotten tyres there cheaper than some other tyre places could buy them in for.
