SAB Titan iii Combo Receiver

Hi,
Help needed!!
Just bought SAB Titan iii Combo Receiver, with Saorview and UK channels pre programmed..
Ive installed the saorview channels OK, but when I plug in the satellite cable, no UK channels are appearing.
Should they list automatically?
I tried Auto Installation, Auto Diseqc, but it says no satellite found.
Tried satellite installation, Astra 2A 28 2E, universal LNB, TP Index is 12633 H 22000, Positioner Off, Polarity Auto, LNB power on...
Is this all as it should look?
Pressed Single Scan, and Blind scan as instructed, no program found is appearing???
I'm not a tech person, what am I doing wrong??

Sounds like you're scanning a single transponder, set it to full satellite

Hi, how do I do that?
Is Transponder, TP Index? That's all numbers, no full satellite?

If it was preprogrammed, the channels should have been there.

What label is on the input you connected the cable to?

LNB in, that's where I put the satellite input.. I thought that all the channels would appear too?
Could there be something wrong with the cable/satellite??

Possibly. Do you have another receiver you can try?

If the channels were preinstalled there should be a list of channels even if there is no signal.
