Asec pickpockets the elf while she is distracted trying to distract him.
"Besides, you don't have the right bodyparts for my tastes."

He puts a step between them and returns to checking the mask.

Lalwende creeps up behind Asec and places the point of her dagger at the base of Asec's neck. "I'll have those back. Now. Move very slowly."

OOC : You don't notice unless you're told you notice. Separate your knowledge as a Player from your knowledge as a character.

BTW, Aesc failed to pickpocket you, and you did notice :D

9 lives investigates this wall, is it part of the stonework or some type of magic? while he doesnt know magic, he knows how traps and doors work. Was this natural or *spooky*?

Aesc examines the pool, seeing nothing of noted. Just more of that silver liquid.

Aesc and Lalwende examine the masks on the wall. They're no more appealing up close than they were from far away, though Lalwende feels a slight tingle as she approaches. I can't say for sure that it has anything to do with the masks rather than being a symptom of her recent behaviour :D

Webby grabs the torch, holds an arrow head up against until it glows red. Presses it against his bite and cauterizes the wound.

Webby grabs the rope he fashioned from rags, puts it on the ground and lights it on fire, then grabs his magical rope and wraps it, tightly above the wound...

He looks up at Stufur and Sandor and says "I know this is a pointless effort, but hoping for a silver lining anyway... Finish it if you must"...

The bloodied rags blacken and burn. The arrowhead on his calf sears the wound closed. Up to you whether or not you scream. But you do.

Sandor ignores Webby, being too caught up in how tragic his life and undeath are.

Lalwende removes her dagger from Aesc's neck. "Only joking! Just reminding you that you should never turn your back on a stranger." Lalwende waits to see if Aesc can discern anything from the masks.

Aesc addresses the mask. "Ho there intimidating things, who are you?"

Lalwende stands by the door ready to flee.

    Mask Room
    The Mask does not respond

    Corridor outside tomb
Echtrae and 9Lives search for a way to open the door, but in vain.

    Corridor outside tomb
Echtrae and 9Lives search for a way to open the door, but in vain.

Meera gently nudges Echtrae and 9Lives aside and tries the lever she had previously pulled to open the door.

9lives searches for a method to open the door but none seem evident.
"Ok, there doesnt seem to be any way to open this door. I dont know what we can do other than forge on from here. If we pick a direction and leave a mark here on the floor for them to follow if they escape they could follow us unless anyone has any better ideas?"

Lalwende opens the flask containing the silver liquid. She is strangely compelled to take a drink. Thinking of Alice in Wonderland, she puts the flask to her lips and allows a drop to fall on her tongue.

Brutha shouts at the wall closing the Tomb "If you can hear me in there, see if there's a mechanism to let you out, it's sealed here." Then, to his companions beside him, he asks "This wall was not here earlier, only the door. Are any of you magic users, can you sense if this is a physical wall that came into place behind the door, or is it a magical one?"

OOC: If I'm right, we had a latch to open the door here, but that's not working as it's a wall now. I don't know if this is a physical wall that 'dropped' into place, or a magical one. There was also a latch inside the Tomb, and when it was pressed the door closed, but I don't know if pressing it again might remove this wall...

    "Let me try"

Echtrae attempts to sense if the wall is magical

Having received no response from Sandor, who is now sulking in a corner, he turns to Stufur "Hey Bud, you still in there somewhere? Sorry about the whole arrow to the eye thing, I am not very brave... so reflexes kind of took over".

Webby gets a grin on his face "My arrowhead still lodged in there? If so, can I have it back... I am kind of short... on arrows".

Webby accepts the fact that his party will not be returning for him, why would they, there is only misery... by the name of Sandor... and onslaught that awaits them if they do open the door... They would be wise to keep it shut...

He moves to the archway and looks through.

The wall slides away. Whether this is in response to the pulling of the level or Brutha's impassioned imploring is left to your imagination.

    It was the lever.

Inside they see Webby howling with pain as he sears his calf wound closed. Stufur is slouched against the coffin with a hand clasped to his eye, gore oozing out between his fingers. Sandor kneels a short distance away, beating his fists on the ground asking why his god has forsaken him to this despicable blackness.

Not taking any chances, Meera takes aim and shoots without hesitation, straight for Stufur's heart.

[OOC: can you do the roll for for me Necro as I'm walking into a meeting right now and won't be out till at least 4. Godspeed team.]

OOC : Your arrow came out cleanly, if not actually clean. Eye-juice washes out though.

OOC : I'm sure when Necro gets here, he'd be delighted to do so. However, I'm putting a pause on Sandor's room until Four is around as there have been a lot of actions without him having a chance to react. You are currently outside the freshly opened door of Sandor's room with Echtrae, 9Lives and the rest.

OOC: No worries, I won't try a Turn Undead until Four is back...

He moves to the archway and looks through.

Aesc can see a passage running South. Off the same passage just inside the archway is one that runs West. The passageway is lit by small torches dotting the east wall.

"Gonna check that other door before heading through the archway. You OK? you look a little peaky."

OOC: He does complete door check routine: pause then listen then checktraps then disarm traps, then lockpick then eventually and if necessary try to kick it open.

As Lalwende says that the goop she placed on her tongue fills her mouth with a horrid taste.

She vomits everything in her stomach onto the floor of the room, and feels incredibly weak afterwards.

OOC: +2 to any Strength rolls until further notice

No traps visible. He can make out the door is locked.

OOC: Roll a d100 on rolz, Need a 17 or under for success at lvl 1.

Aesc jumps out of the way of the splashback..."By Ekabard, what the hell did you eat? There is a cleric in the other gang, when we meet up you should talk to him."

Aesc is unable to pick the lock. He can attempt to break it down, but the door looks very sturdy.
