Hi guys Looking for decent pubs in carlow town, heading there later on. any during the day that might have the racing on? then at night time just any good bars with decent atmosphere , music a plus. thanks

Teach Dolmen for the racing. Nice place, good food, big screens, and a bookies next door.

Tullys for later on. It has music on Fridays, craft beer and a decent atmosphere.
The Terrace or the Barracks are worth a visit too.

Both are on Tullow street (Teach at the top, and Tullys at the bottom)

went to tullys and the dinn ri after. Tullys had a great band and good atmosphere . Will definately go back!
