Bus Conversion Driving Licience

    Can anyone tell be the category to go for for a provisional licence for driving a converted bus to camper. ?
    If there are any threads on this topic currently please point me in the direction.

    Depends on the number of seats and dgvw on the cvrt

    Haven't purchased bus yet Probably will be driver seat, passenger seat, 4 seats at a table and a double sofa bed. gross vw will be over 7,500 kg

    C licence should cover it but have no idea who will agree to insure it.

    Provided there is not more than eight passenger seats (not including the driver's seat) a C licence is what will be required.

    The number of non-travel seats, for example lounging seats for use when the vehicle is parked, is irrelevant as regards the licence category.
