hmv.ie closed down - order not received

    I placed an order on 16th March which was shipped on 23rd March and I have still not received it. Their website says to contact help[at]hmv.ie for queries, however my email to that address has failed. The response was:

    550 We don't handle mail for hmv.ie
    Final-Recipient: rfc822; help@hmv.ie
    Action: failed
    Status: 5.0.0
    Remote-MTA: dns; relay1.netnames.net. (185.26.230.83, the server for the
    domain hmv.ie.)
    Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 We don't handle mail for hmv.ie
    Last-Attempt-Date: Tue, 10 Apr 2018 01:50:16 -0700 (PDT)

    Do I have any options here or have I lost my money?
    The article says that they will be fulfilling orders although perhaps that's just a PR lie.

    Give it until friday then issue a chargeback(paid w/ card) or Paypal dispute.
