What does it mean when a nurse/medic writes Bg: on clinical notes in ED?
It then describes a scene where/how the patient is found as described by the paramedic.
Then next line is on arrival: at ED and gives description of vital signs etc

Of course! It does not appear in any clinical notation used by medics online.
    Thanks.
