Hi I'm changing over to virgin when my 30 day contract runs out what I want to know is what is the procedure for keeping my original number please ?

I'm sorry to hear you're ceasing your service with ourselves.

If you contact your new provided the whole process is done on their end, you can keep your original number no problem.
