Ipad issue

    My Ipad was playing uptonight when i pressed the keyboard different letters would come up the key board some of the letter were highlighting blinking effect and when i pressed the delete button it added letters ?

    Also when u purchase an apple product 9 months later and its still under warranty can u buy extra technical support and warranty
