Horizon box kicked a load of devices and can't reconnect

    did you try powering off all items including router then power back up and retry connecting one at a time,it does happen if an error happens or a bug and a reboot can clear a bug stored and reconnect.Most of my stuff is hard wired so only using wifi on laptop.

    we have seen other posts with wifi just out of range and person brought items closer and they then got a lock.

    Press MENU on the remote control.
    Select the menu item TOOLBOX, confirm with OK.
    Select the menu item ADVANCED SETTINGS, confirm with OK.
    Select HORIZON BOX, confirm with OK.
    Select FACTORY RESET, confirm with OK.
    Enter your PIN; this is set to 0000 as standard, confirm with OK...
