Have an iPhone 6 with no memory left so I bought 50gb from iCloud.

My storage in iPhone is saying that I have 47 gb free on iCloud

How do I send my pics to icloud and free up space on iPhone?

    Thanks Roy

    Settings > Photos

Enable "iCloud Photo Library" and check "Optimise iPhone Storage".

It works automatically, keeping lower quality versions of photos on the phone and downloading them as required.

You should plug it in and leave it over night as it might take a while.

Many thanks. Have changed settings and will leave it plugged in tonight
