Can you connect wifi camera to a tp-link or network adapter

Hi guys,
I have a wifi camera and view it through an app.its connected to my router through wifi. But i have another one that i want to use at other side of my property,but it would be away from the router but close to my tp-link.
Is it possible to connect it up by wifi to my tp link? When i go through the setup it automatically sees my router but not my tp links. There is an option to manually setup but im afraid to click on this in case i do somethi g wrong etc..

TP Link is a brand. What does your TP Link do for you on your network?

Its a network adapter.it sends the internet through the power cables in your house to all the other sockets in the other rooms and spreads the wifi too

If it's a powerline adapter, then your camera needs an Ethernet port to connect to it, if it's also a wifi repeater, then why not just connect to it via WiFi?

If you scan for wifi on your phone, do you see the tp-link as an option?
