Panic Alarm using HKC app

Hi! I can't figure out is there a way of enabling panic alarm remotely using HKC mobile app (android) ? On the keypad it's used * and # simultaneously for triggering the alarm, but from app that doesn't work. Can anyone advise please? Cheers.

It is not possible, it is a mobile phone and you could be anywhere in the world, you could press those buttons accidentally and set off your alarm at home.
